Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rentibly platform, including Rentibly Hub, the Rentibly mobile inbox PWA, hosted direct booking websites, and our marketing site (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rentibly ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & fees

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance for the applicable subscription period. Refunds are provided only as required by law or as expressly stated in your subscription agreement. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other processors are passed through to you at the rate set by the processor.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates the policies of connected channels (WhatsApp, OTAs, email providers).
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to compete with Rentibly by building a competing product.
  • Circumvent rate limits or security controls.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim rights to your bookings, contacts, properties, conversations, or financial records. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Property Finder, Stripe, WhatsApp Business, Google, Microsoft, and others. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or fee changes by third parties.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability and target 99.9% uptime on Pro and Enterprise tiers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers that is outside our control.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons. On termination, we provide a complete data export for 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
