The fine print

What counts as a property?
Any unit you list, take bookings on, and reconcile owner statements for. Inactive properties (paused, off-market, or not yet live) don't count toward your plan limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrading is immediate and prorated; downgrading takes effect at the next renewal so you don't lose paid-for capacity mid-cycle.
Do you charge transaction fees on bookings?
No. Rentibly does not take a percentage of your revenue or your bookings. The only transaction fees on your payments are Stripe's standard processing rates, which go to Stripe directly.
What about WhatsApp Business message costs?
WhatsApp's own conversation-based pricing applies (charged by Meta directly). For most operators, this runs $0.01–$0.05 per conversation depending on country. Rentibly does not mark up these costs.
Is onboarding really free on Growth and above?
Standard onboarding (account setup, basic channel connections, training session) is included on Growth and Pro. White-glove onboarding (we import everything ourselves and stay on call for a month) is an optional add-on.
What happens if I exceed the AI assistant action limit?
Nothing breaks. You can either upgrade your AI pack, or the assistant gracefully tells you the limit was reached for the month. We never silently charge overages.
Can I cancel?
Yes — monthly plans cancel at the next renewal, no questions asked. Annual plans cancel at the end of the term. We provide a complete data export on cancellation: bookings, contacts, properties, statements, and conversation history.
Where is my data hosted?
By default in the EU region with a managed, encrypted database. Enterprise tier allows region selection (EU, US, UAE) and isolated data residency commitments.
