Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: channel promotions. We'll set up an early-booker deal for Booking.com — fifteen percent off for guests who plan ahead — and see how it goes from draft to live. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started.
Channel promotions are deals that a booking site runs at its own checkout — early bird, last minute, mobile-only. They live on their own tab under Pricing rules. Each promotion belongs to one channel, and uses that channel's own promotion types and limits.
Add Promotion, and first pick the channel: Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo. We'll do Booking.com. A name, just for you — guests see Booking.com's own wording. And the type: basic, last minute, early booker, mobile rate, and Booking.com's seasonal campaigns. Early booker.
Fifteen percent off, for guests who book at least sixty days ahead. Booking.com can also limit it to a stay period — January and February — to a length of stay, or to certain nights. You can make those bookings non-refundable, and choose which properties it covers.
And who absorbs the discount: the owner — it shows on their statement as a discount line — or your company. We'll take it. Save.
It's saved as a draft: nothing has gone to Booking.com yet. When you're ready, Publish sends it to the channel, and from then on you can pause it, resume it, or check it against what Booking.com is showing — all from here.
Thanks so much for watching! If you're already on Rentibly, open Settings, Pricing rules, and draft your next channel promotion. And if you're not on Rentibly yet, book a demo call, and we'll show you all of this, live.
Set up a deal that a booking site runs at its own checkout: pick the channel and its promotion type, the discount and conditions, who absorbs it — saved as a draft until you publish. Shown live on a real Rentibly workspace.
