Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: dynamic pricing with PriceLabs. We'll see how to connect it, what it controls, what goes back and forth — and the one setting people forget. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started.
Dynamic pricing lets a pricing tool set your nightly prices for you, date by date, from market demand. Rentibly works with PriceLabs — find it under Settings, Integrations, Dynamic Pricing.
Connecting takes three steps: enter your PriceLabs account email here and connect. Switch on each property you want PriceLabs to price. Then, in PriceLabs, choose Rentibly as your property management system, let it add your listings, and turn each listing's sync on.
For each property you decide what PriceLabs manages: the nightly price, the minimum stay, and which days guests can arrive and leave. Anything you don't hand over stays fully editable in Rentibly.
Rentibly sends PriceLabs your listing details, availability, and your bookings, blocks and owner stays — and dates held by a live quote, so it never prices them as free. PriceLabs sends back its recommended price for every future date.
Good to know: dates PriceLabs manages are read-only on the property's calendar — you change them in PriceLabs. It never touches booked, blocked, owner-stay or past dates. And if you switch a property off, its PriceLabs prices are wiped, and it sells from your own rates again — base, seasons and exceptions.
On each property's Rates tab, PriceLabs sits at the top of the pricing order — above price exceptions, seasons and the base rate. One thing to remember once you're connected: each price tier gets a PriceLabs or Fixed switch, and it starts on Fixed. Flip it to PriceLabs, and your quotes and channels use PriceLabs' prices.
