Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: winning new owners. A homeowner's been referred to us — let's track him from first call to signed. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started.
New homes come from new owners — and every owner lead lives in Inquiries, on the Owner Inquiries tab. Their own pipeline: new, contacted, proposal sent, signed — or lost. Leads arrive from your web forms, from Rentibly AI spotting an owner in your inbox, or you add them yourself. New Inquiry.
Daniel Brooks owns a villa, and a friend sent him our way. His phone and email — Rentibly links him to a contact as a lead. Source: referral, so you know which channels bring you owners. A three-bedroom villa in Highlands. Assign it to yourself, so it's clear who follows up, and a note on what he's after — he's moving abroad, and wants full management from January. Create Inquiry.
Open Daniel's inquiry: the villa, his note, and who's on it. You've called him, so mark him Contacted. Once he has your management proposal: Proposal Sent. If it doesn't work out, Lost asks for a reason — like the fee being too high, or the owner deciding to manage it himself — so you can see why deals slip away.
He's signed — Mark as Signed. That records the win. Then add his villa under Properties and link Daniel as its owner, from the property's Owners tab — our other films walk through both.
Thanks so much for watching! If you're already on Rentibly, open Inquiries, switch to Owner Inquiries, and follow up the leads still marked New. And if you're not on Rentibly yet, book a demo call, and we'll show you all of this, live.
