Arrival day — Rentibly How-to

Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: arrival day. A guest is due this afternoon — let's make sure everything's ready, and check her in. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started.

Arrival day starts on the Today dashboard. Switch dashboard, Today. Nine arrivals, four departures, twenty guests in-house, and how full you are tonight. Below, every arrival and departure, with the time and anything still owed — tomorrow's arrivals are listed too, so nothing catches you out.

Nora White is due at Vista Del Mar this afternoon. Open her booking: Booking.com, three nights, one guest, arriving from four — and fully paid.

On the Guests tab, Rentibly checks what she needs before she can check in. Her online check-in link is waiting for her — copy it into a message if she hasn't started. And see the warning? This home normally takes a security deposit, and there isn't one on this booking. You'd add it from Payments — but for this Booking.com stay we won't take one, so switch it off, just for this booking. The warning clears.

Next, door access. This home has no smart lock, so record the code you give her: type it, or let Rentibly suggest one. Save. It's never sent on its own — it's there for your messages, her guest portal, and Rentibly AI to share around arrival.

She's asked to arrive at one instead of four, and you've said yes. On Financials: Add Charge, and pick Early Check-in from your catalog, at the price you agreed. Then how to collect it: charge her card now, add it as an installment, or leave it open on her balance and settle it when she arrives. That's what we'll do — Add charge.

And when she walks in: Check In. Record when she actually arrived — it's filled in with now. Confirm Check-In. Her booking says Checked In, with her arrival time, and the next button is Check Out, for the end of her stay.
