Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: switching to Rentibly. Let's walk through the order to set everything up, so you never do anything twice. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started.

Moving your business to Rentibly? Here's the order that saves you doing anything twice. Almost all of it lives in Settings — grouped by job, from your company and team to communication, properties and owners.

Step one: your company. Name, legal details, time zone, currency and how dates are written — then your logo, in Branding. Everything you send carries these, so set them first.

Step two: your team. Add each person under Users, with the role that decides what they can see and do — managers, agents, operations.

Step three: your homes. Add Property for each one — the listing, photos, rooms, house guide and owners. Our Setting Up a Property series walks through every part of it.

Step four: pricing. Rates, seasons and minimum stays on each home, and your fees, taxes and discounts once, in Pricing rules, for every home that needs them. That's the Pricing and Revenue series.

Step five: channels. Connect Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, plus your own website — each one lists the homes it sells, and your calendar and rates stay in step across all of them.

Step six: your owners. Set how statements are worked out in Owner Defaults, record any statements from your old system, and switch on the owner portal. And bring your guest list across in Import and Export — then you're ready to take your first booking.
